If your questions aren’t answered here, please contact us at info@yourlovedpet.com or on the contact form. We are happy to help! There are no “dumb” questions just answers you don’t know yet!

We use Woo Commerce so we accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

We ship out orders within two (2) business days. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS whichever is the most cost effective way to ship your order. Shipping charges will be charged at the exact rate charged by the company.

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase as long as you return it in the same condition it was shipped to you in. You will pay the return shipping charges.

, we will refund your money if you are dissatisfied with the product as long as you return it in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you but you will have to pay the return shipping fees.

We make every effort to ensure that all items advertised are available. However, due to the popularity of our products some items may be temporarily out of stock. We accept backorders and will ship the item as soon as we can unless we find that the product is no longer available, in that case we will contact you and see what you choose to do. We will usually offer a product very similar to yours so that you still will get what you need.

Customers pay full shipping on all orders outside the contiguous United States. Please note that additional duties, taxes and US customs charges may apply. These charges are not charged by Your Loved Pet. For additional information please contact your local Customs Office. Some of the items we sell are classified by the federal government as ORM-D.

Most of our items are have free shipping, the other items you will have to pay the shipping fees. We will mark in the description that you have to pay for shipping. Some of our larger items have to be shipped via freight in which case, we will invoice you separately for those charges but we can get you a quote before we ship. We will find the most cost effective way to ship to save you money.

We will ship your address to a different address just be sure to include that address in your checkout. Also please let us know if it is a gift as we will not include the prices on the shipping list.

Of course, You can check on your order status simply by sending an inquiry to info@yourlovedpet.com. We will respond promptly with complete information on the status of your shipment. Additionally, we will be emailing you a tracking number and the company that it was shipped by so that you can check on your order anytime.

Your Loved Pet really cares about you and your pet so if you need more information or have a question about your purchase just send April an email at info@yourlovedpet.com and you will receive a prompt response. I will even answer questions about what is the best for your particular pet. If I don't know the answer about your pet, I have lots of references to get the right answer for you!
