What payment methods are accepted at Your Loved Pet?

We accept payments from all the major credit cards through Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account or you can use your Paypal balance to pay. We also accept Amazon Pay so you can pay just like you are on Amazon.

How fast do you ship my order?

We ship out your order within two (2) business days but usually by the next day. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS whichever is the most cost effective way to ship your order. We offer Free Shipping on some products which will be Standard Shipping. On many products we offer Ground Shipping and USPS Priority.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase as long as you return it in the same Packaging and condition it was shipped to you in. It can not be sent back used or you will not receive a full refund unless the product is a manufacture defect.You pay the return shipping charges.  If it is a defective product, please contact me for instructions of how to return the item and postage is then paid by Your Loved Pet or the manufacturer.

Can I get my money back if I return the item?

Yes, we will refund your money if you are dissatisfied with the product as long as you return it in the same condition and in the same packaging it was in when we shipped it to you. You will have to pay the return shipping fees. We will minus the original shipping fees from the amount refunded. Please do not return used items unless there is a manufacture defect. If it has a manufacture defect than please contact us before returning the item so we can get you the proper mailing labels. The cost for shipping a defective item will be our responsibility or the manufacturers depending on what item it is.

Can I back order a product?

We make every effort to ensure that all items advertised are available. However, due to the popularity of some of our products, some items may be temporarily out of stock. We accept backorders and will ship the item as soon as we can unless we find that the product is no longer available, in that case we will contact you and see what you choose to do. We will refund your money if you do not want a substitute product.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship all our products internationally at this time. Some products may be available so please contact us. We are working on getting this up and running.

Customers pay full shipping on all orders outside the contiguous United States. Please note that additional duties, taxes and US customs charges may apply. These charges are not charged by Your Loved Pet. For additional information please contact your local Customs Office. Some of the items we sell are classified by the federal government as ORM-D.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Some items have free shipping, other items you will have to pay the shipping fees. Free shipping goes out Standard USPS or FedEx Post. We can also ship Ground for an additional cost. Some items also have a Flat Rate that allows us to ship to you ground. If you are purchasing large items that need to go out freight or cost a large amount to ship, we will find out the cost and get back to you on the cost.  We will find the most cost effective way to ship to save you money.

Can I ship to a different address?

We will ship to a different address just be sure to include that address in your checkout. Also please let us know if it is a gift as we will not include the prices on the packing list.

Can I check on my order?

You can check on your order status simply by sending an inquiry to yourlovedpets@gmail.com. We will respond promptly with complete information on the status of your shipment. Additionally, we will be emailing you a tracking number and the company that it was shipped by so that you can check on your order anytime.
